1. Introduction
1.1. Moshe Barak (“I”, “me”, “my”) is the owner and administrator of the website www.israel-taxi.com and all its subdomains (the “website”). The website serves as an online platform offering visitors and users (“you”) information about private transportation services in Israel (the “service(s)”). These services may be provided by me or any of my partners, sub-contractors, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, agents and vendors (collectively, “my representatives“).

In order to finalize your reservation you will be required to pay a deposit by transferring money through online payment processors. This process involves providing specific personal Information such as a credit card number and related billing details. It is important to note that I do not store such sensitive information. I retain only general information related to transactions provided by these online payment processors, and I ensure the strict security of this data.

Please be aware that personal information may be cross-referenced with other personal information I have about you. Any non-personal information linked to or associated with any personal information will be considered as personal information as long as such linkage or association exists.
